A user can use this option even if he/she does not have access to any data related to that invoice in his/her account in Zoho Invoice. The user will be able to view all the data related to that invoice including the invoice amount, payment history, total payments, open balances, comments among other things while commenting on specific details within that invoice in Chatter. He/she can also respond back to any comments made regarding that invoice in Chatter even if he/she has no access to any data related to that invoice in his/her account in Zoho Invoice. He/she can also add comments related to an invoice while viewing its details in Chatter even if he/she has no access to any data related to that invoice in his/her account in Zoho Invoice. He/she can also mark an invoice as paid or unpaid while viewing its details in Chatter even if he/she has no access to any data related to that invoice in his/her account in Zoho Invoice. He/she can also view details of items included in the invoice while viewing its details in Chatter even if he/she has no access to any data related to that invoice in his/her account in Zoho Invoice. He/she can also edit or delete any of these items while viewing its details in Chatter even if he/she has no access to any data related to that invoice in his/her account in Zoho Invoice. He/she can also perform bulk actions like sending reminders or send email alerts on these items while viewing its details in Chatter even if he/she has no access to any data related to that invoice in his/her account in Zoho Invoice. He/she can also search for invoices using various filters like customer name, order number, date range among others while viewing its details in Chatter even if he/she has no access to any data related to that invoice in his/her account in Zoho Invoice.
