Creating a New Event on Google Calendar
A customer or client should first log into his/her Google calendar account and click “Add” button in the upper right corner. The customer should then click “New Event” option and fill in details such as date, time and location in the pop-up window. Once done, the customer can click “Create Event” option at the bottom of the page.
Configuring Your Client Profile on Chargebee
Clients can configure their profile on Chargebee with information such as name, email address, company name, etc. Note that this information will be visible to the customer who schedules an appointment with you. Clients can fill in their profile information by clicking “Profile” tab from their dashboard.
Configuring Your Services on Chargebee
Clients need to configure all the details related to their services on Chargebee before they can schedule a service appointment. They can do so by fplowing these simple steps. Click "Products" option from the dashboard Click on "Services" (from the left sidebar. Click on "Add" button (from the top right corner. Fill out the details like Service Name, Description, Price, etc. Add pictures of your products/services as well as additional product details if any Click "Save" button Confirm the details by clicking "Save" button again
Scheduling a Service Appointment on Chargebee
After filling out your client’s profile information and configuring your services, they can now schedule a service appointment by fplowing these steps. Select “Calendar” option from the dashboard On the next page, click “Add” button (from the top right corner. Click on “Google Calendar” option In the pop-up window, select your clients’ calendar from the drop-down menu (if you have multiple calendars created. Then select the date, time and time zone when your client(s. would like to book an appointment Enter any other details such as notes or comments about the appointment Click “Book Appointment” button If you see confirmation message like “Service booked successfully!”, then it means that you have successfully scheduled a service appointment Enter your details such as name, email id, company name, etc in the pop-up window Provide any additional information that you feel is appropriate Click "Book Appointment" button If you see confirmation message like “Service booking complete!” then it means that you have successfully scheduled an appointment with your client(s)
