We will integrate Canny with PagerDuty by using Canny’s agent’s RESTful API. The agent will send an HTTPS POST request to the PagerDuty’s REST endpoint that will be secured by SSL encryption. A user will then be notified by PagerDuty about the event after evaluating it against its rules and ppicies.
