Integration of Blesta and Time Doctor

Time Doctor and Blesta are both great tops for productivity. However, Time Doctor and Blesta do not work well together. This article is going to be an outline for a research article about the two productivity tops and how they can be integrated to make a more productive team.

Integration of Blesta and Time Doctor

To integrate Blesta and Time Doctor, we will use a combination of Zapier and IFTTT. Together, these two tops create a powerful duo that allows us to integrate Blesta and Time Doctor.

First, we will set up all the IFTTT recipes and then set up Zapier to trigger those recipes.

We will create three IFTTT recipes. one for saving a time entry from Time Doctor as a task in Trello, one for saving a time entry from Time Doctor as a task in Google Calendar, and one for saving a time entry as a task in Wunderlist. We can create these recipes using the “New Applet” button on the IFTTT website. The first recipe requires a few steps. First, we have to connect our Google account to our Gmail account. Then, we have to tell IFTTT that we want to save a time entry as a task in Trello. Finally, we have to choose which Trello board we want to save the task in. The second IFTTT recipe is the same as the first except that we choose to save the time entry as a task in Google Calendar instead of Trello. The last IFTTT recipe is the same as the first except that we choose to save the time entry as a task in Wunderlist instead of Trello. Finally, we will set up Zapier to receive a notification whenever a new time entry is added on Time Doctor. Zapier will then trigger the recipes that we set up earlier on IFTTT. The Zapier automated workflow looks like this:

Now that everything is set up, we can see how it works. Let’s say that I finish my 10-minute project with Blesta and then login into Time Doctor afterwards.

After logging into Time Doctor, I start working on my next project for 10 minutes. When I finish, I press Save on Time Doctor. A notification will now appear on my phone telling me that my 10-minute time entry was saved as a task in Trello. This means that if I want to keep track of how much time I spend on different projects, I can now easily do so by looking at my Trello projects board.
