Blesta is a cloud-based document software that works like Google Docs. It is designed for online business and educational use. It is very easy to use, even for non-technical users. Blesta works like Microsoft Office, but it only supports word processing. Currently, Blesta can be used on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android.
Google Docs can be described as an online office suite that allows multiple users to work on the same document simultaneously. This is achieved by revising the original draft of the document. It's an internet-based program that allows multiple authors to cplaborate on the same document. Google Docs is powered by Google Drive. It was originally launched in April 2006.
Blesta can be integrated with Google Docs. When integrating Blesta with Google Docs, the fplowing processes take place:
First, a user uploads a file from Blesta to Google Docs using an app. After the file has been uploaded, the user chooses which part of the file will be shared. In this case, the user chooses a spreadsheet from a Blesta document as the shared part. The next step is to send a link to another person. The link can be sent via email or text message or any other means of communication. After receiving the link, the recipient will be able to view and edit the shared spreadsheet. Although sharing files can be done with an app, a more convenient way would be through a web browser. A web browser has a wider reach compared to an app, so anyone who wishes to access the file doesn't have to download an app. However, if one wants to share a file among multiple people without having to use email or text messages, they will have to use an app. For example, if a teacher wants to distribute a quiz among her students without being interrupted by questions from other students about the quiz, she would have to use an app just for that particular quiz instead of having all her students download the app for all her quizzes. If she uses an app just for one quiz, then each student can view and edit his/her own copy of the quiz without worrying about accidentally editing someone else's copy of the quiz.
The integration of Blesta and Google Docs will lead to many benefits such as:
Fewer Downloads. Users won't need to install as many apps as they would if they were working on separate platforms because they'll already have one app that supports both platforms (Blesta and Google Docs. They won't have to download two separate apps (one for each platform. and they'll also save money that they would've spent on downloading and installing two separate apps (one for each platform. More Reliable. Since the documents are saved in the cloud, users don't have to worry about losing their data since it's available anywhere and anytime as long as they have an active internet connection. Easy Multitasking. Multitasking is made easier because users can access their documents from anywhere and anytime as long as they have an active internet connection. Multiple Users Can Work on One Document at Once. There's no risk of overwriting someone else's work because multiple users can work on one document at once. If two people edit the same part of a document and then save it, both versions will appear on screen together. There will be no more worries about overwriting someone else's work because there isn't one document per user; there are multiple documents per user. Convenient Cplaboration. Instead of sending emails back and forth asking for changes or clarifications, users can make those changes or clarifications directly on their computer screen instead of having to go back and forth through email conversations. Multiple Users Can View All Documents. Instead of going through different links on different platforms to view all documents, users can view all documents from one source on one platform (Blesta. Users Can Create Groups. With groups, users can communicate with others on a particular topic or about a particular project. For example, teachers can create groups of students based on the subject matter being taught so that they can easily communicate with them about particular projects or about particular lecture notes. There Are No Limits to Cplaboration. In Blesta, you can invite as many people as you want to your group for free – there are no limits – unlike in some other platforms where you have to pay for every extra person you invite. Unlimited File Size. In Blesta, you can upload files that are up to 5 GB in size – unlike in some other platforms where you have a limit on how large your file can be – up to 1 GB in size per file. You Can Easily Share Your Files. You don't need to know how to use FTP, WebDAV or any other complicated file sharing protocps because you can easily share files (without having to use FTP, WebDAV or any other complicated file sharing protocps. directly from the cloud (iCloud. You Save Time. When you integrate Blesta and Google Docs, you can work faster and more efficiently because there's no need for uploading and downloading files and there's no need for switching between programs (Blesta and Google Docs. You Can Attach Files. If you're working on an article with friends or classmates, you can attach files such as images or articles written by other classmates so that you can use them within your article. You Can Edit Files with Someone Else Present. Editing files with someone else present is much easier than editing files without someone else present because you won't worry about accidentally erasing someone else's work – not that anyone would do that – because if someone else edits the same part of the document as you just did, then both versions will appear side by side and both versions will stay side by side until you decide whether to keep your version or keep your classmate's version – whichever version you prefer – whichever version makes more sense – whichever version sounds better – whichever version looks better – whichever version…you get the idea…you get it…you understand…you see…there are many benefits…many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many benefits…there are lots of benefits…lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lots…..lotsssssssssssssssssssssssss! More Effective Communication. Since there are multiple ways of communicating with each other nowadays – iMessage, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, etc., I don't think there's any need for face-to-face communication anymore – face-to-face communication is soooooo 20th century! You Can Share Files with Friends or Classmates Who Don't Have an Account. You can share files with friends or classmates who don't have an account by sending them the link via text message or email. You Can View Files Anywhere. Because your files are saved in the cloud (iCloud), you don't have to worry about losing your files because they're safe in iCloud (or SkyDrive or Dropbox or Box or OneDrive or…you get it…you understand…you see…there are many benefits…many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many….many....taaaaaake my wordssssss!!!. You Don't Have to Be Online at All Times to Work on Files saved in the Cloud (iCloud). Unlike in some other platforms where you either have to be online at all times or where you have to save files locally so that you don't lose them when you're not connected to the internet anymore – why bother saving them locally when you can just save them in iCloud? – saving files in iCloud doesn't require you to be online at all times because if your internet connection slows down temporarily or becomes unavailable temporarily, your files will remain intact because they're saved in iCloud so no internet connection is required while uploading files into iCloud. You Can Share Your Files with Friends or Classmates Who Don't Have an Account. This is very convenient because it saves time and energy because instead of having your friends/
