Orders are processed once they have been created within your Shopify store. The products you send to Basin are received into our warehouse and sorted into cartons, which are then shipped directly to your customers. All orders are sent to your customers' doorsteps, whether they are local or international. Basin's shipping rates are competitive and offer special discounts for larger orders. Our rates are calculated through an automated system based on weight and destination zip code.
