Let's say that our company has around 200 employees working around the world in several locations. She wants to assign a staff member to work at one branch for at least three months before moving to another branch. For example, if an employee starts working at the North American branch on September 1st then he or she cannot be transferred to the European branch until December 1st. This means that if an employee starts working in one branch on January 15th then he or she cannot be transferred to another branch until March 15th.

Another rule states that if an employee leaves the company he or she must wait at least six months before being able to join us again. If an employee leaves the North American branch then he or she cannot join us again until May 15th, but if he or she leaves the European branch then he or she must wait until August 15th to join us again. One more rule is related to employees who are working in one location but they need to take some time off for personal reasons or for health purposes. If they want to take any days off they must submit a leave request at least two weeks before taking time off. For example, if an employee in Europe asks us in January 10th if he or she can take two weeks off beginning February 1st then we must approve this request by February 12th at the latest because he or she wants to start taking time off on February 15th. However, if an employee in North America asks us about taking time off beginning February 25th then he or she must submit his/her request by February 21st at the latest because he or she wants to start taking time off on March 1st; this means that we must approve this request by February 27th at the latest because it is four working days before he/she wants to begin taking time off. We must keep all this information within our HR application so we know what our staff members are allowed to do during their assignments. If we do not fplow these rules we may lose contracts with our clients and we may lose talented staff members who decide to work somewhere else because we don't treat them like we should. The last rule states that if an employee wants to take any training course related to our products then he or she must ask us for permission before enrpling into any course because we don't want our employees to waste their time or money on courses that do not contribute directly to improving our product line. Our staff members must fplow these rules as well as any other written rules that we establish as a company because we want our employees and clients to trust us and we want our company to grow bigger and stronger every day so we can serve them better and achieve higher levels of success. These rules should be applied only to our staff members who work at our main headquarters and not those who work at our regional branches because they report directly to their regional managers which means that they do not answer directly to our human resources manager who is located at the main branch in Canada. Therefore, this means that our human resources manager needs a top that allows her to communicate with her regional managers without having to wait hours or days for a response from them because they may be busy with other things related to their branches such as recruiting new employees or handling payrpl issues.
