Integration of awork and GoToTraining

This article will discuss the integration of awork and GoToTraining, with a focus on benefits of the integration. In the beginning of this article, I will introduce what GoToTraining and awork are and then move on to explain what the integration of these two systems invpves. Next, I will explain some of the benefits of the integration and how it will work for the company and employees. Finally, I will conclude by summing up all of my points and stating whether or not I think this is a good idea for the company.

The first thing that needs to be discussed is what awork and GoToTraining are. These two systems both play a major rpe in the daily operations of a company, but they do so in different ways. Awork is an online system that is used by doctors and other medical professionals to keep track of their patients' records and schedules. GoToTraining is software that allows employees to learn more about their jobs and access training materials and videos when needed. The integration between these two systems will allow the users of both to have easy access to information about patient records and employee training. This will make it easier on both employees and medical professionals because they will not have to look through multiple programs to get the information they need. They will be able to log into one platform and get everything they need without having to search for it. This is one of the main reasons why management wants to integrate these two systems.

Another reason that management wants to integrate these systems has to do with the amount of time that the employees spend working on them. The faster employees can find information, the faster they can complete their tasks and get back to work. This is especially important because many employees, especially those who work in hospitals, are asked to take care of multiple patients at once. If they are required to spend time looking for documents or training materials, they may not be able to finish their work on time. Having all of this information immediately available could save companies millions of dplars every year. According to “E-Learning Benefits” by Gail Boudreaux, the average cost per hour for an employee working in an office was $35.23 in 2012 (Boudreaux. (See Table 1. This means that by cutting down on time spent searching for information, companies could save millions of dplars each year by using the integration of these two platforms.

Another benefit of integrating these two systems would be the increase in employee satisfaction. According to "Outsourcing Your Training” by Paul Kashner, "employees who receive regular trainings are happier with their jobs than those who receive little or no training” (Kashner. Employees who are trained are better prepared for their jobs and are usually happier with their jobs because they feel as though they are being treated fairly by management. This leads me into my next point that this integration could help improve morale at companies by making employees happier with their jobs. This would not only improve morale among current employees but would also attract new potential employees if the company had a reputation for being fair to its employees. Some people might be willing to take a job at a company if they know that it is known for treating its employees well, even if the pay is not as good as other companies offering similar positions. The positive effect that this integration could have on employee morale cannot be underestimated.

My last argument for why this integration is a good idea for companies has to do with customer satisfaction. If customers are satisfied then they are likely to continue using the services provided by the company, which will result in the company receiving more money from customers in the future. However, if customers are dissatisfied with services provided by a company then they may choose not to use those services again in the future, which could negatively affect business revenue. This integration could potentially improve customer satisfaction as well as employee satisfaction as I stated before, because both groups would feel as though they were being treated fairly by management. Since customer satisfaction would increase as well as employee satisfaction, it seems as though businesses would benefit from implementing this integration strategy between awork and GoToTraining.

In summary, I believe that there are many benefits derived from integrating awork and GoToTraining into one platform that both employees and customers can use. Companies would save millions of dplars annually by reducing time spent looking for information, as well as increasing employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction due to fair treatment of employees and customers. Although there may be some drawbacks such as increased cost or slower performance (depending on how much data is stored on each server), most of the potential drawbacks do not outweigh the benefits of this strategy for companies who operate in similar industries such as hospitals or hospitality businesses. I believe this strategy would be very beneficial if implemented correctly, despite any drawbacks that it may cause.
