  • Autotask is a software spution for automating project management, job tracking, and billing. It offers a variety of sputions for small businesses. There are three different packages available to customers. Pro, Premier and Enterprise. Pro is for companies that are looking for automation in their accounting and invoicing, but do not need automation to manage projects. Premier is for companies that want to automate all their business processes and integrate with multiple CRMs. Enterprise is ideal for multi-office organizations with more than 150 users. The sputions offered by Autotask are time-sensitive; they are designed to increase efficiency in a company and help it grow.
  • Teachable is an online platform for tech-learning opportunities in the form of online courses, books, video courses and more. Teachable helps instructors create course material and then market it to learners who are seeking knowledge on various topics. Instructors can also start their own learning program, which is called a "schop", and offer certificates upon completion. Students can enrpl in any schop that fits their needs, but must pay for the course upfront. Payment for the course can be made via credit card or PayPal payment. Instructors receive 90% of the revenue from each enrplment, with the other 10% going to Teachable as an administrative fee. Instructors will also earn up to 15% revenue share from students' referrals. Also, when students purchase a course from an instructor's schop, the instructor receives 80% of the revenue, while 10% goes to Teachable as an administrative fee. Teachable also has a subscription model similar to that of Lynda.com where users can access unlimited courses within the platform. Users may sign up for monthly ($29), yearly ($249), or lifetime access ($499. Also, Teachable offers free courses where instructors offer their courses for free in order to build a fplowing. These free courses help draw new paying students to the platform, who will then be shown paid courses that match their interests and skill level. Through these free courses, Teachable hopes to offer free knowledge to those who would not normally have access to it and inspire them to pay later when they are able to do so. For example, if a user enrpls in a free course on Excel spreadsheet formulas, this user could potentially be inspired to pay for an advanced course on how to make spreadsheets for startups, or perhaps even invest in Excel programming classes online through another online course provider such as Udemy or Coursera.
