  • Log in to your Appy Pie Dashboard.
  • Navigate your way to the “Integrations” tab on the left panel.
  • Click “OpsGenie” under “Alerting” on the left panel.
  • You will be redirected to the OpsGenie app page. Enter your API key and click “Create OpsGenie” button. After doing so, you will see a success message.
  • Now, you have created the integration between Appy Pie Chatbot and OpsGenie. You can start adding your chatbots to the integration by clicking the “Add Bot” button at the top right corner of the page. This will redirect you to the “Add Bot” screen where you need to enter the name of the bot, select the right directory, choose the directory language (if available), and enter the URL for the endpoint (if applicable. Then click “Save”. After saving your changes, you will see the success message for this integration. Please note that if you want to change any settings related to this integration, or delete it entirely, you can do so by clicking on the “Edit” link next to its name at the top of this page.
  • Now you can also configure which channels you want to push alerts to, depending on the situation. The default alerts are “Error”, “Warning”, “Message”, and “Debug”, but you can add more than one channel if needed. Make sure both Appy Pie Chatbot and OpsGenie are accessible from these channels before proceeding further. You can also edit or delete these configurations at any time.
  • Select the relevant category for each channel (such as Web Hooks -> Push Notifications -> Slack.
