Step 1. Create an account on Apptivo for Salesforce by logging in to your Apptivo account.
Step 2. This will redirect you to Apptivo for Salesforce application page on Salesforce. Click on ‘Configure’ button. This will open the configuration wizard.
Step 3. On the wizard page, enter the different data parameters like your name, organization name, email address, password etc., Now click on ‘Finish’ button. You will be redirected back to Apptivo for Salesforce application page. Click on ‘Connect’ button to connect Apptivo to Agile CRM. This will take you to Agile CRM application page.
Step 4. Enter the required data parameters like company name, email address, password etc., Finally click on ‘Save & Proceed’ button. This will take you back to Apptivo for Salesforce application page where you can see your connection status as ‘Connection Successful’.
Step 5. Click on ‘View’ button from left-hand navigation menu. This will open a new window showing all the data related to your Salesforce account displayed in a tabular format. Here you can create new records or edit existing records from Apptivo for Salesforce application page itself within Salesforce application page. Once the above mentioned steps are completed successfully, there is no need to login again into Apptivo for Salesforce application page from Salesforce application page as it will automatically redirect you to Apptivo for Salesforce application page from Salesforce application page itself when requested from Salesforce application page.
Step 6. Now visit Apptivo for Salesforce application page from any browser and click on ‘View’ tab from left-hand navigation menu. Click on ‘Connect to Agile CRM’ button from drop-down menu displayed on top of the screen. Click on ‘Connect’ button from confirmation pop-up window displayed on your screen. You will now see that all your data related to your Agile CRM account is displayed in a tabular format as shown in the figure below (See figure 1.

Step 7. To view the data related to Agile CRM account in a graphical format, click on ‘Visualize’ button from left-hand navigation menu displayed on top of the screen (See figure 2. This will take you to visualizer home page where you can view all your data in a graphical format as shown below (See figure 3. From here you can create new records or edit existing records from Apptivo for Salesforce application page itself or from any other browser as well as it will automatically redirect you to Apptivo for Salesforce application page from any browser when requested from any browser itself.

Most vendors consider cloud computing as infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), or software-as-a-service (SaaS. based on what type of computing is offered . Software-as-a-service (SaaS. is considered private cloud because it consists of private servers that house data; these are harder for hackers to access . There are several types of cloud sputions that are currently available including public cloud, private cloud or hybrid cloud models .
Public cloud services are hosted over a network that is accessible via a standard Internet browser . Examples include Amazon EC2 and Microsoft Azure . A public cloud model provides a high level of flexibility and scalability while at the same time enabling low cost deployment . A public cloud model hpds potential security risks since data is stored over an Internet contrpled network . Public cloud services are more suitable for large enterprises given their ability to offer high levels of security . In addition they provide greater contrp over resource allocations , which means that there is less chance of being impacted by other users .
Private cloud describes a cloud infrastructure that is owned and managed internally over a network that is not accessible by anyone outside that private network .
