Amazon SQS is a fully managed cloud service that makes it easier to build scalable, reliable, and highly-available applications using message queues. Amazon SQS provides flexibility to developers to work with messages in any way they want. It can be used to decouple components of an application, or to move messages between on-premises servers and Amazon Web Services (AWS. Amazon SQS has multiple features such as:
-High performance and availability. Amazon SQS provides a highly available and scalable hosted queue service that can be accessed from anywhere in the world. Amazon SQS supports millions of messages per day and can process millions of requests per second.
-Low latency. Amazon SQS messages are delivered within milliseconds. The time taken by Amazon SQS to deliver messages can vary depending on the number of subscribers, number of messages sent to Amazon SQS, and the number of messages that Amazon SQS needs to send back to the consumer.
-Flexibility for developers. Amazon SQS helps you build scalable applications that are reliable, highly available, and easy to maintain. Messages can be stored in FIFO queues or standard queues. Standard queues enable messages to be stored for up to 14 days until they are consumed by a consumer. Once messages are consumed, they are removed from the queue. You can also configure Amazon SQS to automatically delete messages after they have been delivered to subscribers.
-Secure access. Amazon SQS supports HTTPS/TLS connections over port 443, so it is easy to secure your messages. Amazon SQS supports SSL client certificates, which means that customers with dedicated IP addresses do not need to publish their public key certificate in order to send messages to Amazon SQS queues. Amazon SQS also supports queue encryption for both standard and FIFO queues. All messages sent to an encrypted queue are encrypted at rest in Amazon S3 using server-side encryption with 256-bit AES encryption keys. All messages sent from an encrypted queue are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 with 2048-bit RSA encryption keys. For more information about Amazon S3 server-side encryption visit https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/dev/server-side-encryption.html#sse-supporting-clients
The integration of Amazon SQS and Wealthbox CRM together will help improve customer experience for Wealthbox CRM users because it provides data delivery at faster speed than ever before, allows messages to be delivered faster than the backend service can respond so messages get held in the queue until the backend service can process them, offers three levels of message delivery guarantee, offers automatic message retry, and ensures messages will not get lost even if the server goes down because messages are stored in multiple availability zones within Amazon Web Services (AWS.
