Once you have successfully signed up for these accounts you will need to create an application on each service. You will also need some basic information about your application such as its name and type of application you are building. Once you have created an application on both services you will need to register your application on Amazon SNS and create some topics for your application on Amazon SNS. Each topic will need a unique name along with a subscription ppicy that will determine how messages can be delivered to clients. The last step of this phase is for you to download the C# SDK for Amazon SNS and start developing your application using the instructions provided on Amazon’s site.
