ActiveCampaign is a cloud-based marketing automation company that helps you manage every aspect of your marketing from a single interface. ActiveCampaign combines the power of email marketing with the flexibility of social media management, landing page creation, and web form management to provide a comprehensive solution for companies of all sizes. It also provides advanced features such as CRM integration, marketing automation and creative tools. For example, if you want to send push notifications from an ActiveCampaign account through Amazon SNS. The push notifications will be sent by Amazon SNS using the APN credentials assigned to the ActiveCampaign account. Here's how it works:> You create a new EMM campaign in Amazon SNS by providing the APN credentials of the ActiveCampaign account (Amazon SNS uses these credentials to deliver push notifications. > You publish a message in the AWS console for EMM campaigns created on behalf of your ActiveCampaign account. > You create an AWS Lambda function that listens to events in the Amazon SNS topic that contains the EMM campaign created by you. > Whenever an event is published on the Amazon SNS topic that contains the EMM campaign created by you, AWS Lambda will run your Lambda function. > When running your Lambda function, your Lambda function creates a subscription for the APNs token in your ActiveCampaign account. > Your Lambda function publishes a message in your ActiveCampaign account's API Gateway endpoint. > AWS Lambda delivers the message to your ActiveCampaign account's API Gateway endpoint using the device token for push notifications delivered by Amazon SNS. It triggers your API Gateway endpoint and you have subscribed for APNs token in ActiveCampaign account. > Your API Gateway endpoint delivers the message to APNs token that has been triggered. Your API Gateway then delivers the APNs token to your Apple Push Notification Service (APNs. certificates for push notifications for iOS devices. > If you are using another platform for push notifications like Android or Windows Phone, then your API Gateway endpoint delivers the APN token to the appropriate platform for push notifications - Google Cloud Messaging (GCM), Microsoft Push Notification Service (MPNS), or Windows Push Notification Service (WNS.So now let's move on to our tutorial…Creating Your Account in Amazon Web ServicesBefore you set up a connection between Amazon SNS and ActiveCampaign, you need to create your account in Amazon Web Services (AWS.
