Amazon Seller Central is an e-commerce platform that is owned by Amazon. It is designed to enable sellers to sell their products on the Amazon website. The seller can choose between two options, either selling their products on Amazon Marketplace or creating a store of their own. Being a marketplace, Amazon charges commissions on all sales made through its platform but it also gives the seller access to a large number of customers. With a store of their own, the seller can offer customized services and have more contrp over the way they want to run their business. In this case, the seller has to pay a monthly fee for using Amazon’s platform.
