Integration of Airtable and WHMCS

  • Airtable, a cloud-based application that gives users the ability to both design and create tables and set up formulas as well as manage their data.
  • WHMCS (Web Hosting Manager Contrp System), an open source script for managing webhosting companies.
  • Integration of Airtable and WHMCS

Airtable is a cloud-based platform for building databases. The main purpose of this software is to create tables, fields, and forms. This feature helps the user to structure the data in their own way. The user can create multiple tables with different formats, which makes it easier for them to manage the data.

WHMCS is an open source script for managing webhosting companies. It allows the user to track customers, inventory, sale, etc. It also allows the user to generate reports using the data they have stored.

To integrate these two systems, we used Zapier which is a top that connects apps. If you would like to learn more about Zapier, you can check out the website here. With this integration, we were able to connect Airtable with WHMCS. The first step was to create a new spreadsheet in Airtable. The second step was to create a form in WHMCS according to the spreadsheet created previously. After creating both these applications, I had to connect them through Zapier. To do that, I had to connect my WHMCS account with Zapier using an API key. The next thing I had to do was to input my spreadsheet ID into the spreadsheet created previously. Finally, I had to input my form ID into the form created previously. After connecting these two services together through Zapier, I observed how they were working by testing them out with some dummy data.

After testing out these services together through Zapier, I observed how they were working by testing them out with some dummy data. I observed that the integration of Airtable and WHMCS is helpful because it allows you to view your data from two different perspectives. With Airtable, you are able to look at all of your data in one place, but with WHMCS you are able to see your data from just one customer’s perspective.

The process to integrate Airtable and WHMCS may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
