My name is Tannu and I am a student of the International MBA program at SMU. In this paper, I am going to discuss the integration of Airtable and ShipRocket, which are two online platforms that help in enhancing business efficiency.

These two modern technpogies are integrated for the purpose of checking out real-time order book status, managing shipments and monitoring customer satisfaction. The users can simply add their orders into the system as rows, which are then added to the table. The system is capable of generating an archive after every session so that users can access their previous orders easily. The integration mainly focuses on features such as:

Grids allow displaying multiple orders simultaneously where as lines show only one order at a time. Shiprocket allows creating both lines and grids with relevant filters from the interface itself.
