How Airtable & Agendor Integrations Work

Integration of Airtable and Agendor

In this article, I will give a brief introduction of Airtable and Agendor.

Airtable

Airtable is a software company that provides a cloud-based spreadsheet top. The top is designed for small businesses and non-profit organizations. It allows the users to organize information in an easy way, and track their outcomes.

Agendor

Agendor is a web-based project management top, which allows the users to manage the projects from start to finish. Agendor is mainly used by small organizations to maintain their project details. It allows the users to organize the projects into different sections, such as team members, tasks and documents. It also allows the users to create deadlines and track progress.

Integration of Airtable and Agendor

The integration of Airtable and Agendor can be done in three ways:

  • Import Airtable files into Agendor. An Airtable file can be imported into Agendor as a project or as a task or as a document. Once the data is imported, it can be edited inside Agendor. The user can add Agendor related information such as comments, attachments and due dates to the corresponding Airtable files.
  • Export Agendor data to Airtable. Inside Agendor, there is a section called "Export to Airtable". This section allows the users to export any Agendor data to Airtable. Different types of data can be exported such as tasks, projects and documents. The user can also select the fields that need to be exported.
  • Integrate both tops. Both tops can be integrated with each other using Appy Pie Connect. The user can create a Appy Pie Connect account and then search for "Agendor" on the Appy Pie Connect website And then click "create". Afterwards, the user will be taken to another page, where he or she has to connect Airtable to Appy Pie Connect. After creating the connection, the user will have to configure the Appy Pie Connect account by adding "Airtable" as a trigger event, "Agendor" as an action, and select the type of data that needs to be transferred between both tops. For instance, if the user would like to transfer tasks from Airtable to Agendor, the user will have to go back to Agendor and click "export to Airtable" option in order to transfer tasks from Agendor to Airtable.
