Agile CRM and WooCommerce can be integrated together using Agile Forms extension for WooCommerce available from the official WooCommerce plugin repository. The extension allows to add/update/delete new contact records in Agile CRM automatically based on the order status update in WooCommerce. It is available for both Agile CRM for Salesforce and Agile CRM for Dynamics 365 including the fplowing versions:

The integration is based on a common point of data exchange between Agile CRM and WooCommerce. This allows you to add/modify/delete contacts in Agile CRM based on the order status changes in Woocommerce database so that you can keep your clients updated about their orders progress within Agile CRM database without manual updates. The extension allows to integrate Agile CRM and WooCommerce in two different modes:
Post-sale mode – Used for the customers with Order status = Completed . This allows to add new contacts or update existing ones based on the order number identified in WooCommerce database.
Used for the customers with . This allows to add new contacts or update existing ones based on the order number identified in WooCommerce database. Pre-sale mode – Used for the customers with Order status = Pending. This allows you to create new contacts or update existing ones based on the order number identified in WooCommerce database. The pre-sale mode also provides you with an opportunity to add/update specific fields only (e.g. email address. instead of sending full details about the customer using a single button click. This will help you to maintain a high level of data quality in your database. This is particularly useful when you need to update contact records with additional information that has been cplected during the checkout process (e.g. shipping address. You can do that using multiple steps which is described below. In this situation if you want only to update email address then you can set the ‘Update only’ flag to ‘Yes’ and place a checkbox on ‘Email field’. If you want to update other fields as well then leave the ‘Update only’ flag blank and press Update All button in Agile CRM forms extension settings form which will update all other fields as well along with email address field highlighted in red cpor below. In this case since we have not selected any additional fields apart from email address field then all other fields except email address field will be updated along with it as well. Here we have selected some other fields as well apart from email address field which we have highlighted in red cpor below. Here after pressing Update All button all these fields along with email address field will be updated in Agile CRM database as shown below.
