Agile CRM is a software package designed to help companies that sell through retail stores or direct sales. The software helps manage customer relations and sales activities. Agile CRM can be used to manage calls and email responses, track customer contact and sales history, schedule appointments, and create reports. It also comes with an Outlook plug-in that allows you to access your data from within Outlook.

LinkedIn is a social networking website for professionals. As of September 2010, LinkedIn had more than 200 million members in over 200 countries and territories. Users can search for other users based on their own professional network, which may be in the form of a personal network from one's place of education or business contacts from jobs one held long ago. Users can add connections to their network by inviting others who are not yet part of their networks to connect to them.
