Step By Step Agile CRM Integration Guide

  1. To start with Agile CRM at Appy Pie Connect you need to connect an Agile CRM account with Appy Pie Connect. Search and select the Agile CRM app from the app directory available at Appy Pie Connect.

  2. Select the service required to integrate Agile CRM app with other apps and click Continue.


  3. Connect with the Agile CRM account (for the first time user) or select the Agile CRM account from the list shown at Appy Pie Connect. To add a new account click “Connect An Account” and add the details.

    A pop-up will ask to enter the account details in a form:

    • Username: Enter the email address or user ID in the field used to create the Agile CRM account without any spaces.
    • API Key or Password: Enter the API Key or Secret or password used during the Agile CRM account creation.
    • Domain: Next, you need to enter the URL on which the Agile CRM account works for your team.

    Once the information is filled correctly in the form, press “Yes, Continue” to confirm the details and to allow the access of the Agile CRM account at Appy Pie Connect platform.


  4. Appy Pie Connect will ask to confirm the account integrated, click the Continue button to confirm the account is integrated.


  5. Once the account is confirmed, Connect will ask to select the service from the dropdown menu. Select the service required and press the Continue button to complete the integration at Connect.


Common Issues With Agile CRM At Appy Pie Connect

Tag added to contact is not triggering

This may occur due to spaces in between tags, you delete and add a new tag for the same purpose. Check if the trigger is working with the new tag. If still facing trouble then no need to worry our support team is always there to resolve the issues.

Contact is not Getting Created in Agile

If contact is not getting created even after the integration report the connect to be a success then it may be due to the issues in the tag. Check for the spaces or any numeric value in the string, resolve such issues and try again. Check for the Duplicate Found filter, it must be set to either update existing contact or do nothing.
