Agendor is a company that specializes in cloud based software services. They offer a variety of SaaS (Software as a Service. and PaaS (Platform as a Service. products to help companies increase their efficiency, productivity, and security. Agendor offers products such as Webex Messaging, Agendor SecureMail, Agendor Web Content Management System (WCMS), and Agendor Project Management Software. The product that I will be discussing in my article is Webex Messaging.
Webex is a cloud based communications platform that allows you to communicate with your co-workers and clients as well as share information. It is designed to allow a company or organization to communicate quickly and easily with only one click. In this day and age of instant communication and social media, Webex allows you to send messages from any supported device, including desktops and laptops, as well as mobile devices like cell phones and tablets. The service also offers integration with other services such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, SalesForce, and Google Calendar. You can even utilize video conferencing with meeting rooms or video calls on the go.

Finally, the biggest benefit of integrating Agendor with Webex is that it reduces how long it takes for someone to respond to an email by using a combination of auto complete features along with pre-filled information such as names and addresses so that a user does not have to spend extra time entering in contact information or even creating new contacts such as phone numbers as most times this information is already pre-filled once an address is entered providing the user with one fewer task that he/she has to complete and therefore saving him/her time overall when responding to emails throughout the day since they no longer have to spend time looking up information they need in order to respond properly within their email client by switching back and forth between multiple programs trying to find the information they need in order send an appropriate response back rather than having everything at their fingertips right off the bat once they log into their webex account offering them one less thing they have to do when responding back after they have logged in so they are now free to focus more on working rather than hunting down information that they need before responding back via an email client which can sometimes lead them into spending less time overall when responding back since it may take longer for them to find what they need whereas if it was a webex account then they could immediately respond without having to spend additional time looking for info necessary for their response or even wasting time creating new contacts which can sometimes take a long time depending on how complicated it might be so this integration would save people time overall compared to using separate programs for receiving/sending emails versus using webex services which saves them time overall when responding back compared to using two programs versus using one program which saves them time overall since they no longer have search through various programs trying to find info they need while responding back via email thus saving them more time overall compared to having two programs versus simply logging into webex services which gives them one less thing they have search through while responding back so this integration helps people save time overall where they don't necessarily spend extra time but simply spend less time comparing themself's experience with two programs versus having just one program versus having two separate programs because it cuts down how much searching around they have do in order get what they need thus saving them time overall when responding back via email using this integration between two platforms which allows them one less thing they have search around while responding back via email by having everything at their fingertips right off the bat so this integration offers people one less thing they have look around while responding back via email saving them more time overall compared to having two separate programs where they could easily spend more time than usual looking around while searching for info necessary for their response so overall this integration saves people time when responding to emails over time because they don't have to spend extra time searching around while responding back by switching back forth between separate programs so this integration ultimately saves people time while responding back via email due to its efficiency so this integration is ultimately beneficial over two separate programs where people could easily spend more time than needed looking around while hunting
