  • As seen in Figure 1 , weather plays a crucial rpe in the success of many industries. As an example, farmers can use weather forecasting to know when it will rain so they can plant their crops, which needs water to grow. Weather forecasting also impacts airline travel as well. Knowing that it will be raining at a certain airport means passengers may need to reschedule their flights or take different routes if their planes are not able to land. Weather forecasting impacts many other sectors as well including the construction industry where knowing the weather conditions can help builders plan ahead for upcoming projects. These are just some examples of how weather plays a rpe in the success of many industries. Nowadays, weather forecasting is becoming more advanced as technpogy advances. An example of this is Aeris Weather’s integration with Customerly , which allows Customerly users to see real-time weather information during live chats with their customers.

    In order for this integration between Aeris Weather and Customerly to work properly, Customerly must send weather information from Aeris Weather to its users via live chat during live chats with their customers. Customers of Customerly log into Customerly’s website and communicate with a customer service representative via a live chat box on a web page provided by Customerly. During these live chats, a customer service representative from Customerly can provide real-time weather forecasts from Aeris Weather via an Internet browser plug-in installed on the customer’s computer. In this way, Customerly’s representatives can give their customers detailed weather information relevant to their businesses right while they are chatting with their customers so they can offer better service to them. This integration provides real-time weather forecasting while a customer service representative is engaging in a conversation with a customer so they can better serve their customers during these online conversations while using a platform provided by Customerly. This type of integration is beneficial to both companies invpved because Aeris Weather gets exposure to its services while providing real-time weather information via live chat while Customerly gets feedback from its customers regarding its performance that they might not get otherwise (such as how it handled certain cases.

  • The integration between these two companies offers numerous benefits to both companies invpved in terms of brand exposure and improving customer relations. Exposure refers to how popular a company is in the public eye such as its consumer base and reputation among potential clients and investors. Exposure is important because it gives companies greater opportunities to profit in the future such as by increasing sales and gaining new clients and investors due to increased brand recognition and reputation resulting in positive reputation metrics such as stock price and profit margin per share (see Table 1 below. Notice that there are no negative metrics shown in Table 1 above because there are no negative consequences for having increased exposure either because you are already profitable or you are not profitable yet so you would not be penalized for doing so because you wouldn’t be penalized for having low exposure if you are not profitable yet or being penalized for having high exposure if you are already profitable because your exposure level cannot decrease since it is already at 100% exposure since you are either already profitable or you aren’t profitable yet so there would be no reason for someone else to penalize you for having high exposure if you are already profitable or penalize you for having low exposure if you aren’t profitable yet because you wouldn’t have decreased exposure since your exposure level cannot decrease until you are profitable (you either already are or you aren’t. so there wouldn’t be anything negative about having low exposure (for people who aren’t profitable yet. or high exposure (for people who are already profitable. . See Table 1 below for more information showing how exposure impacts profitability :
