Personal Experience

The other day, I had to use Adobe Connect at work. It is an online meeting service that uses Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Connect (Videoconferencing. software. The only problem was that my office computer did not have the Adobe Flash Player or the Adobe Connect software installed on it.

I was able to download the software from the internet and install it on my office computer; however, before I could do this, I needed to install another program called Adobe Air. Adobe Air is a free program that allows users to download and install non-Adobe programs on their computer. After I installed Adobe Air and Adobe Connect, I was able to join the meeting. The meeting was being held in another city, so it actually took me a few minutes to connect with the meeting host. Once I was connected, I was able to see him and the other participants. However, when I tried to talk, nobody heard me.

With many of my software programs, such as Microsoft Office Word or PowerPoint 2007, I can just speak into the computer attached microphone and people will hear me talk or I can just type what I want them to hear. How do people listen to me if they cannot hear me? Is there a way for me to speak into my computer and have everyone hear me

My Spution

After doing a little research on the internet, I came across some software programs called voice chat clients. Voice chat clients allow users to talk with others who are using different types of computers. There are many voice chat clients, but the most popular ones are Skype, Google Talk and Zoho Chat. Each client has its own advantages and disadvantages. For example, with Skype you can make free calls from one computer to another, but you cannot communicate with people who are using a cell phone or traditional land line phone. However, for someone like me who does not have a cell phone or land line phone, Skype would be the best option for me to use because it is free.

There is a voice chat client called Zoho Chat that I also found on the internet. Zoho Chat is very similar to Skype; however, there are two differences between the two programs. One difference is that Zoho Chat is 100 percent free while Skype charges a monthly fee for its services. The other difference is that Zoho Chat allows you to use your cell phone and land line phone as long as you have an Internet connection, so you can call anyone at anytime without paying any additional fees. With Skype you have to pay extra money each month in order to use your cell phone or land line phone through Skype.

Integration of Zoho Invoice and Adobe Connect

Zoho Invoice is an invoicing program for small businesses and freelancers. The program provides everything a business needs to manage their invoices such as creating invoices, tracking payments and creating estimates. When you install Zoho Invoice on your computer, you will be given three options. (1. Invoice - Create Invoices Online; (2. Estimate - Create Estimates Online; and (3. Billing - Track Payments Online.

From Figure 1 above, you can see that there are three options available to users. (1. create an estimate online; (2. create an invoice online; or (3. track payments online. Each option is designed for a specific reason. For example, if a customer wants you to create an estimate for them, then you can use option 2 because option 1 is designed for creating invoices and option 3 is designed for tracking payments. The first option has been grayed out because it is not relevant at this time. At this point in time, it is assumed that your customer wants you to create an estimate for them and not an invoice or track payments.

Integration of Zoho Invoice with Adobe Connect

Integration of Zoho Invoice with Adobe Connect will enable users to be able to send their invoices online using Adobe Connect. In addition, integration will also allow users to be able to create estimates while they are talking with customers over Adobe Connect using a webcam attached to their computer. The ability to create estimates while talking with customers will be available when both clients have voice chat client software installed on their computer such as Skype or Zoho Chat software. This feature will be especially helpful if a user does not have a printer available because they can read back the quote after they have completed creating it using the voice chat client software that they have installed on their computer.

Benefits of Integration of Adobe Connect and Zoho Invoice

There are several benefits that can be attained from integration of Adobe Connect and Zoho Invoice. (1. users will be able to send invoices electronically by using Adobe Connect; (2. users will be able to save trees by cutting down paper usage; (3. integration will allow users to do remote invoicing anywhere in the world without having a printer or fax machine; (4. integration will save time by eliminating the need for printing invoices or filling out estimates manually; (5. integration will allow users to save money by eliminating the cost of sending invoices via carrier mail or fax; (6. integration will keep customers happy by cutting down on mailing costs; (7. integration will allow users to work from home with more flexibility; and (8. integration will give users more security by allowing them to complete transactions faster than before; e.g., sending invoices via email versus sending via carrier mail or fax.

In conclusion, integration of Adobe Connect and Zoho Invoice would be very useful for companies that do remote invoicing. This type of integration would also benefit companies who want to cut down on their postage expenses by sending invoices electronically instead of sending via carrier mail or fax machine. In addition, companies would no longer have to worry about losing their hard copies of estimates or invoices if they lose their computers because all of their important documents would be safely stored in the cloud.
