Integration of Adobe Sign and Cliniko

The integration of Adobe Sign and Cliniko allows users to upload a document directly from a patient’s electronic health record (EHR. into a secure portal where they can sign the document online. The signed document is saved to the cloud and can be accessed from the EHR as well as from the portal. This workflow increases efficiency as clinicians do not have to print, scan, fax, or email forms to the patient anymore. They simply log onto their portal and upload the form for the patient to sign. Once the patient signs the form and submits it, it is instantly available back in the clinician’s EHR for them to see and use.

  • Benefits of Integration of Adobe Sign and Cliniko:
  • No paper. There is no more need for hard copies of forms to be printed out, scanned, faxed, or emailed back and forth between providers and patients. This saves time and money as well as helps keep our environment clean!

No more waiting around on the phone or sitting down at a fax machine or copier waiting for documents to come through.
