There are different plans for different sizes of companies, which range from $25 to $300 per month. Pipedrive is an online sales management top that helps you to organize your sales process and keep track of all your activities. It also allows to easily see who your leads are and fplow up with them through emails or calls. It offers different plans as well, starting from $29 per month.There are certain features in both these products, which help their users to integrate them together and offer a better experience to the user.As far as the integration is concerned, ActiveCampaign offers Appy Pie Connect integration, which allows ActiveCampaign users to integrate their account with various other services like Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, Trello, etc and perform the desired action on the CRM side. Pipedrive offers integration with the most used CRM's like Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, Basecamp, etc. Both the products can be integrated with each other using API access.In this article I will be comparing these two products on the basis of their pricing plans, features and integrations.II:Body:I will first compare the pricing plans for both the products.
1. Pricing Plans:It is necessary to mention here that both the products start with a free plan and there are paid versions as well. The free version of both the products has limited features.The paid versions start from $29/month for Pipedrive and $29-$299/month for ActiveCampaign. The difference in pricing is due to the number of contacts one can have in his/her account. In Active Campaign it depends on the plan you choose, while in Pipedrive it depends on how many leads you have. For example, if your company has 10 leads then you would have to pay $29/month. If you need more leads than that then you would have to pay $49/month for 25 leads and so on.Active Campaign offers three different plans. basic ($29/month), premium ($99/month. and enterprise ($299/month. All these plans have unlimited contacts which is not the case in Pipedrive. The main difference between these plans is that the premium plan comes with additional features that help you send bulk emails, manage subscribers better and get detailed reports about your campaign effectiveness. Enterprise plan offers everything that premium does but also includes such features like 24/7 support, dedicated account manager and priority customer service.Another difference between these two companies is that ActiveCampaign lets their customers upgrade to another plan at any time while in Pipedrive you can switch between different plans only after a certain period of time.2. Features:The most important part of any sales automation system is its ability to help a salesperson perform his or her job better. When comparing both these products on the basis of their features, some similarities come into limelight but there are differences too.Features:Both the products have the ability to send emails according to your wishes and schedule them in advance; however ActiveCampaign allows you to create a single message and then send it out at different times while in Pipedrive you have to create separate messages for each time-slot. Both these products have a simple interface which makes it easy for their users to use them without any hassle. They have a powerful reporting feature which allows their users to track their campaigns and see how many mails have been sent and how many leads they have generated. But when it comes to lead generation both these companies are unique in their own way. While ActiveCampaign focuses more on tracking leads through the "Lead Magnet" feature, Pipedrive focuses more on automatically generating leads by sending out emails to people who show interest in your product or service through an "Interest Form". This makes it easier for salespeople to save time and focus on other important tasks.Both these companies allow you to edit and personalize the templates before sending out emails but they do it in different ways; while Pipedrive allows you to edit templates within their interface, ActiveCampaign requires you to write your own template and then send it out from their interface because they do not provide any in-built templates.A good CRM should be able to integrate with various other platforms so that data can be shared between these platforms; this allows the salesperson to see everything in one place. Both these products offer integration with various platforms like Zoho, Salesforce, Google Drive, Dropbox etc but again they offer it in a different manner. In Pipedrive integration is done using Appy Pie Connect while in ActiveCampaign it is done through API access (which means if a user wants to integrate his/her ActiveCampaign account with another platform they need an experienced developer.Another important thing about these two products is that they both provide their users with a web dashboard through which they can manage their accounts and create campaigns however only ActiveCampaign provides its users with mobile app for managing their accounts while Pipedrive does not provide an app for mobile devices.Different companies have different requirements when it comes to automation software; some want something simple that helps them automate their emails while others want something advanced that helps them automate all of their processes. When comparing both these products on the basis of their pricing plans I found that ActiveCampaign offers something extra when compared with Pipedrive; though Pipedrive charges less than Active Campaign it only allows its users to switch between plans after a certain period of time where as ActiveCampaign allows users to upgrade to higher plans at any time. The reason behind this difference is that ActiveCampaign relies spely on automation engine which means if a user wants to use automation engine they would have to upgrade to enterprise plan; this would make them more money since those who rely on automation engine would have to upgrade to higher plans anyway because of the amount of work that needs to be done with automation engine. Also when it comes to integration there is difference between both these companies; while both of them offer integration with various platforms via Appy Pie Connect or API access, Pipedrive offers Appy Pie Connect integration and does not provide API access while ActiveCampaign provides API access as well as Appy Pie Connect integration but does not offer anything more than that. However when comparing both these products one must keep in mind that both of them are not made for each other; ActiveCampaign focuses more on email automation while Pipedrive focuses more on sales automation . Hence if a user wants something specific then he/she should go for that product otherwise they should use both of them together simply because they complement each other very well and make life easier for salespeople by automating various processes.
