Step 4. Now it is time to start adding text to each photo in order to tell people about who you are and what you do! To do this, hover over each photo and click on “add text” at the bottom left of the photo previewer box. Once clicked, a new text box will appear with a transparent background that allows whatever color was behind it to show through. This allows for an elegant look where photos can still stand out from whatever text is added when its needed! While adding text, try to keep it short and sweet so that it is easy for people to read! Also add in some keywords related to what you do so that people who find your brochure online later on can find it easily when searching for local photographers in their area! After adding text, see how it looks in the previewer box by clicking “save changes” at the bottom of the page! You can add text in this manner for each individual image until all of them have been customized according to your preferences!
Step 5. Once all photos have been customized according to your preferences, click “save changes” at the bottom of the page one last time! Now it is time to begin adding all of these elements together into a complete document! Click on “create” at the top right corner of the screen and then select “brochure” from the drop down menu that appears next. A new window will open asking how many pages you would like your brochure to be and how big it should be (in inches. There may also be options for adding cover type and title type on this screen depending on which template was used when creating the brochure! After choosing how many pages and what size they should be, click on “next” at the bottom right corner of the page. A preview window will appear on this new page showing what your finished product will look like once it has been printed! If everything looks good, then click “save changes” one last time at the bottom right corner of this page! If not, then just go back through each step until everything looks exactly how you want it! There is no limit on how many times this can be done so feel free to make as many edits as needed! Once finished with making edits, make sure to click “save changes” one last time before moving onto printing out your brochures!
