  • Importance of proofreading: Even professional writers make mistakes while writing. Hence, no content is error-free in the first draft.   • Add CTA: The reader must know where he is headed to while reading your mail. Including necessary call-to-actions will help the recipient to take necessary action. A CTA is basically a request made to the reader to help him understand your purpose of writing and directly define what you expect from them after reading your email.

  • Include necessary information: This is an option where you can choose between what information you want to display or share with your reader. Generally, while writing professional emails, it is suggested to add your full name, job title, contact information like phone number and email address.

  • Express gratitude: To whomsoever you are writing an email, closing it with a polite sentence will make your reader feel special and appreciated.
