How to translate a chat?

Follow the steps below to translate a chat:

1. Go to your Livechat dashboard and in the left panel, you will see the Ongoing and Incoming Conversation menus. 

2. Under Ongoing Conversation, select an ongoing chat.

3. Click on the 3 dot icon in the top right of the Chat panel.

4. Select Translate Chat from the options. 

5. Click on Translate to translate your chat.

Note: The text language to be translated will be auto-detected.
6. In the chat panel, you will see your translated chat.
