How to view past chats of a visitor?

Follow the steps below to view the past chats of a visitor:

1. Go to your Livechat dashboard and in the left panel, you will see the Ongoing Conversation and Incoming Conversation menus. 

2. Under Ongoing Conversation, select an ongoing chat.

3. Click on the 3 dot icon in the top right of the Chat panel.

4. Select View Past Chats from the options.

5. In the right panel, you will see the past chat details including Chat Date and Time, Session ID, and Agent’s name.
