How to download a chat transcript?

Follow the steps below to download a chat transcript:

1. Go to your Livechat dashboard and click on the Conversation History icon in the navigation menu.

2. You will be redirected to the Conversation History section where you can view all your past conversations. Under the Action column, click on View Transcript.

3. Your chat transcript will appear in the right panel. Now, click on the 3 dot icon.

4. Click Download to download the chat transcript to your system.
