How to pick a Chat?

Follow the steps below to pick a chat:

1. Login to your Livechat account and go to the dashboard. In the left panel, you will see the Ongoing and Incoming Conversations menus. 

2. Under Incoming Conversation, select an incoming chat.

3. For the selected conversation, you can check the visitor’s details including Name, Email, Visitor’s path, and IP. Now, click on Start Chat to start interacting with your visitors.
Type your message and then click the Send icon.
