How to customize the design of your Livechat widget?

Follow the steps below to customize the design of your Livechat widget:

1. Login to your Livechat account, go to the dashboard, and click on the cogwheel icon in the lower-left of the Navigation menu.

2. Click on Widget Settings.

3. On the Widget’s Setting page, you can customize your widget design. You can change the header name and select or upload a Brand Logo, Widget Badge Icon, and Theme Color. You can also select the widget position from the dropdown.

4. Once you have made the changes, click on Save Changes.
