Policy Statements

1.1 Notification of Organizational Changes

Objective: To adhere to Amazon’s AUP clause, requiring notification of significant organizational changes.

Procedure:

  1. Implement a protocol for identifying and documenting significant organizational changes.
  2. Appoint the company CTO, Mr. Avadhesh Kumar, to monitor and report these changes.
  3. Ensure Amazon is notified at [email protected] within 30 days of any pertinent changes.

1.2 Incident Notification

Objective: To establish a protocol for promptly notifying Amazon within 24 hours upon detection or suspicion of any security incidents.

Procedure:

  1. Utilize monitoring systems to identify potential security incidents.
  2. The Incident Response Team (IRT), under the guidance of Mr. Avadhesh Kumar, will assess and initiate the response.
  3. Ensure the IRT notifies Amazon at [email protected] within 24 hours of detecting an incident, including relevant details and preliminary assessments.

1. Roles and Responsibilities

Incident Response Team (IRT): Responsible for incident detection, assessment, and subsequent notification.

Mr. Avadhesh Kumar (CTO): Oversees overall compliance with Amazon’s AUP and is the primary point of contact for monitoring organizational changes and incident management.

2. Reporting Mechanism

Maintain a comprehensive log of all notifications sent to Amazon, detailing the dates, nature of organizational changes or incidents, and acknowledgments received from Amazon.

3. Review and Update

CTO will annually review the policy to align with Amazon’s AUP and operational changes within Appy Pie. Additionally, any updates from Amazon will be addressed with high priority to ensure continual compliance.

4. Policy Enforcement

Non-compliance with this policy will be subject to disciplinary action as per Appy Pie’s internal policies.

Review Frequency: Annually or following any significant updates from Amazon or changes within Appy Pie.
