You need to follow below steps so that we can have the access to your iPhone/iPad on which you are trying to install the app.

Once this is done Open Join.me (https://www.join.me/ )

 

 

  1. Then click on Start Meeting.
  2. A software file will be downloaded.
  3. Open the file and install it.
  4. Share the Meeting code with us.
