This course is brought to you by Appy Pie as part of our Academy series number 69 here how this coding technique can save you hours of your life now what is it yeah at this point you might be wondering what is this coding technique how do I get my hands on how do I get started now it's not necessarily a coding technique but it's based in its history in its inception in coding and programming and in that world we can use it in the world of productivity that's called batch processing instead of taking ten tasks and taking each one from A to Z and then starting on the next one a to z next one a to z next one so on and so forth so you get to number ten you know one through ten this is taking each one from zero to one or from A to B B to C you're taking all ten C to D D to e all the way to Z and there are benefits there are time savings energy savings in that process in batch processing or instead of taking it all the way through each one then going back there's some time loss there's some energy lost but if you take each one just one step at a time you're gonna accomplish it much faster but what that means I'm gonna explain that an example here now when I was creating this course and a lot of other courses I was able to batch process it so instead of taking one course all the way through putting together the content putting together the lectures then recording lectures than editing the lectures and then publishing the lectures and then refining and reworking the lectures and the formats and the videos taking one at a time I was able to do all of them at once so I was able to take all the courses I was working on do all the research okay then do all and create all the content then create all the lectures then create all of the videos and record all the videos like I'm doing now and then edit all the videos and then publish all the videos and refine all the videos and instead of losing every time I switch the next thing because it takes time to set up each software each program the lighting the video everything with each task each step I was able to get a lot more done in a lot shorter time so hopefully that makes a lot more sense to you how to implement batch processing that's an example now if there are some things that are going on in your life you can definitely implement the batch process so I'm taking it through one at a time you take them all through and take it step by step
