Fluent in Spanish & English, Joel is great at cultivating positive relationships with clients and colleagues and is particularly adept at communicating with individuals from diverse cultural and organizational backgrounds with clarity and diplomacy. He is a happy owner of a Boston Terrier - Koko with whom he loves to go on hikes.
