Video Transcription: In this video let's begin the part of the course that's going to focus on company formation and company registration like should you register your company when how where. This video is brought to you by Appy Pie Academy. all these issues now we're going to talk about US based laws of course I cannot cover laws on every part of the world every country is different even in the United States every state has slightly different rules but a lot of these rules will be similar in where you live it might not be exactly the same but it might be quite similar in any case whether you are in US or whether you are in a different country don't take this as final advice you always need to consult with a lawyer or an accountant in any case wherever you are based you should always take more advice from a lawyer and an accountant because I'm not a lawyer and an accountant so what I'll be covering in the next few videos are different types of company formation entities and their pros and cons and when you should do each one and how and we're going to talk about how it impacts your liability protection and taxation by liability I mean what if somebody gets hurt sues you do they sue you for your personal money or just the company how do you protect yourself from being sued all those things are very important that's a huge part of the reason for registering your company we will be talking about that and the information that is gonna be in these videos that are coming up they come from me interviewing a start-up lawyer and an accountant who deals with business law so this information is not coming from me because I am not qualified to talk about these things but it comes from two people in those professions I took their advice and I package them into these videos the rest of the course is my advice but the videos in this section of the course is based on professional advice from professionals in the in those fields a lawyer and an accountant and these videos they're actually taken from my business law course but I wanted to put them into this course for free so you don't have to buy that other core just to have it because it's very relevant to planning and starting a business so with that let's get started.
