So, for this article I'm going to talk about creating a website through Google's services. I'll start with Google sites, because it's the easiest way to create a site and it has a lot of features. Then I'll talk about how to use WordPress and the other Google services. The emphasis will be on making a site look professional and having it up and running as soon as possible.

In order to know how to make a website, you have to have an idea of what you want your site to look like, what content you want it to have and what your purpose for building a website is. When you know what your website is going to be about, you can decide which type of site you want to make. You can make a blog or a personal site or a fan site for someone or something.

Google Sites is the easiest way to make a website because it allows you to make a webpage without knowing HTML, CSS or PHP. In fact, if you're not familiar with those languages, you can still make a webpage using Google's no coding required approach. There are many templates that you can choose from that include different types of designs and layouts. For example, there are templates for school news and sports and for business and non-profit organizations, so you can find one that fits your needs. You can even choose the color scheme and the font size and style you want for your page.

Google Sites also includes some advanced features such as calendars and forms for gathering data from visitors. And if you want more than just a webpage, such as blogs or pictures or forums or just about anything else, then you can link your Google Site to other Google services such as Blogger, Picasa and YouTube.

When deciding what kind of site you want to make, you need to decide if you want something simple or complex and whether or not you want it to be interactive. If you want something interactive like blogs and forums, then Google Sites is best because it's already got those features built-in. But if you only want a simple webpage with text and pictures, then you don't need to go through all the steps that Google Sites provides. You can just create a regular webpage through blogging platforms like Blogger or WordPress.

As I said before, Google Sites is easy to use because it doesn't require any coding skills; however it isn't necessarily the best option for complex websites. If you try to add custom code or embed widgets in your site, they may not work because of limitations in the interface. If you want to add things like forums and forms and other interactive elements, it's probably better to use Blogger or WordPress because they have more customization options. Even though Google Sites is easy to use, it would probably be better if someone who knows HTML and CSS designed your site instead of relying on the templates that come with Google Sites.
