Video Transcription: In this video I want to begin talking about the simplest ideas for your kids but this video is brought to you by Appy Pie’s Academy even though their simplest it doesn't mean that they are bad and all of these ideas can become multi-million dollar businesses very simply I'll explain how but this category of businesses let's categorize them as either freelance or basic labor essentially exchanging time and effort for money let's go over some of the very common ideas dog walking dog sitting things like that Pet Sitting okay if you want to go the extra mile let's pet cleanup pet care pet you know like hair cutting of the pets not all kids can do it the simple version of this is just dog walking you can get dog walking clients very easily in North America there's a web big website Rover calm as I've got listed here which is specifically to find dog walking clients so your kid can get always creatively listing here you can create a listing for them that looks professional and of course you can put yourself as a dog walking professional on Yelp and if you want to go a low-tech in your neighborhood you can go door-to-door flyers and all that now by the way all these businesses here's how to make this a multi-million dollar business and for all of these that I'm gonna mention or later same tactic applies so if you just walk the dog a couple of times a week or what you know whatever it's a small side income business if you become good at marketing this in your neighborhood.

It's a it can become like a literally a full-time earning business for an adult even yeah as long as you get enough dogs at some point in your city if you become even better at marketing remember the productivity all those mentions of productivity of competence a better execution once you start executing your marketing really well you're gonna start getting more clients in your city than you can handle in different neighborhoods so you start hiring essentially you stop trading time for money and you start hiring others who trade time for money you just manage them okay you create a management system manage them and all your job is going to be to get more the all working clients hire more dog walkers make sure that they do a good job and just collect a little bit off the top of every possible dog walker you hire and your staff and that way you can make this a big business then there's no reason you should stop in your city you can move on through and see the next to you next to the next to you next to the next to you and go wider wider maybe even your County your state whatever depends how big you want to go and this can become a tremendous business and all of these can turn into and essentially an agency business instead of just the one person providing the service so that's how you make this a big business now regarding dog walking very common business next babysitting another very common business good for teenagers even better if you can have your child do some sort of tutoring like if they are in 90 you know if then if they are 10 year old they can tutor 8 year old if they are 12 year old they can tutor 10 year old very simple similar but supports coaching you know kids just a couple of years younger they can be coached it's it's kind of you know some tutoring and coaching is the expectation is of professionalism but sometimes it's just a little bit of a better way of babysitting because you're really just keeping the other child occupied however you want to manage this it's all under the umbrella of sort of child care child tutoring child coaching next is of course car washing car detailing very common cute businesses similar with gardening yard work it's hard work leaf removal snow removal hard work teaches the values of hard work but also teaches marketing and there's that now here's an interesting one that really moves us to segue from just you know the there's only so far in terms of learning that these businesses are good for previously right I mean they're good for learning hard work they're good for learning basic marketing learning how to make money and manage money and the value of money cause it's you know your kid is gonna spend that money very differently they earn it so they do learn a lot but but there's a limit in terms of the skills now next business is interesting let's say if you have a truck you can do scrap removal okay or garbage removal some of it just gets taken to the dump but some of the garbage can be fixed or recycled or very interesting now resold online either on Craigslist or on eBay or even Amazon who knows now that starts to teach your kid a completely new set of skills online sales online marketing these are really very important skills for online business that is the future really the future and if your child can get started on these businesses early they can make really good money not to mention selling things on ebay selling things on Amazon can be extremely profitable maybe not selling this crap but once they learn how to sell the scrap and old items they can easily figure out how to sell better items and there's a lot of money in online commerce like six years it's like six figures a month some people make seven figures a month some people make no I'm not saying your child is gonna do that soon but that's the potential of e-commerce selling things online and that's what the scrap removal fixing and reselling and recycling that's what that business can give them an entryway into so these are all the basic businesses and in the next videos we're gonna go you know slightly different business types.
