The first programming language is called “COBOL” which was developed in 1960 by an American computer scientist named “John Backus”. COBOL is one of the most popular programming languages, it has been used widely in almost all countries in the world.

This programming language is an object-oriented programming language, so it is very powerful. Another popular coding language is “Python” which was developed by Guido van Rossum, a Dutch programmer in 1991. Python is now very popular because it is easy to learn and it is easy to understand. Another popular programming language is “Pascal” which was developed by Niklaus Wirth in 1970. Pascal is one of the easiest programming languages to learn and understand, so it is very useful for beginners.
