How to request a refund for a purchase made through Apple?

Follow the steps below to request a refund for a purchase made through Apple:

Step 1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID and password. 

Step 2. Open the “I’d like to” dropdown menu. 
  
Step 3. Select Request a refund from the dropdown menu.

Step 4. Open the “Tell Us More” dropdown menu to select a reason for a refund.

Step 5. Select a reason for a refund from the menu.

Step 6. Once you have selected the reason, click Next.

Step 7. Select the item for which you want to request a refund from your purchase history.

Step 8. Once you have selected the item, click Next. 

Step 9. Enter a description of the issue in the text box.

Step 10. Once you’ve described the issue, click Submit.

Note: Once you have submitted your refund request, Apple will update you in a few days whether your request for a refund is approved
