I have been in the process of building a new app for a launching business later this year, and the support team has been phenomenal. Typically will respond within 24 hours and even shorter if I use the chat function on their website. Cherry, Allen, Larry and others have all ben phenomenal to work with and frankly deal with a lot of questions from me on almost a daily basis! I still have a long way to go in terms of releasing the app which will happen later this year, but in the initial stages of building, they’ve been amazing to work with!
