What We Mean by AI Generated Content on Appy Pie
Appy Pie’s AI tools unleash your creativity by generating text, code, UI, images, videos, animations, and other content based on your input. This content is unique, but it’s important to understand what it is and isn’t.
AI Generated Content on Appy Pie is:
- Created by AI algorithms: Our tools use advanced machine learning to produce text, code, UI elements, images, videos, animations, etc., based on your prompts and styles.
- Not human-written or created: While inspired by human data, AI content isn’t written, designed, or edited by individuals.
- Used under YOUR responsibility: You choose the prompts, control the outputs, and decide how to use the content. Accuracy, legality, and IP remain your responsibility.
Remember: AI is a powerful tool, not a magic wand. Use it wisely, review these terms for details, and consult professionals for legal or intellectual property advice.
Enhanced Protections Against Misuse
- Prohibited Use: Appy Pie’s AI tools must not be used for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes, including cyber operations, disinformation campaigns, impersonation of individuals (including celebrities), creation of sexually explicit or nude images (including deepfakes), or unauthorized data collection. Users are strictly prohibited from employing the Services in any activity that could cause harm to individuals, organizations, or public interests.
- Legal Compliance: Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local and international laws, especially regarding privacy, intellectual property, and cybercrime. Users agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Appy Pie against any claims or liabilities arising from misuse or violations of these terms.
- User-Generated Content & Community Submissions: Users must not upload or submit content that:
- Reveals personal or sensitive information (e.g., driver’s licenses, passports, government IDs)
- Violates the privacy or intellectual property of any third party
- Contains explicit, hateful, or otherwise objectionable material
- Flagging and Takedown Mechanism: Appy Pie employs a flagging mechanism to report content that may violate this policy. Additionally, users or rights holders may initiate takedown requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We are committed to prompt removal of infringing material upon receipt of valid notices and will work with rights holders in good faith.

- Misrepresenting generated content as human-created or original.
- Impersonating individuals for deceptive purposes.
- Misleading claims in sensitive domains such as healthcare, finance, legal, or government services.
Additional Protections
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: Appy Pie reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies where misuse is suspected or reported.
- Monitoring & Limitations: Usage may be monitored to prevent abuse. Accounts suspected of malicious activity may face restrictions or termination.
- Reporting: Users are encouraged to report suspected misuse to promote ethical and lawful use.
Guidelines on Generated Content
Users must comply with all applicable laws and provide attribution where required. Appy Pie does not guarantee ownership of AI-generated content.
Licensing of Content and Data Utilization

Third-Party AI Models and Integration Disclaimer
Appy Pie’s Generative AI Services may incorporate or interface with third-party foundational models and APIs (such as those provided by OpenAI, Stability AI, Google, or others). Users are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with the respective terms of service, usage policies, and restrictions associated with those third-party providers. Appy Pie disclaims any liability for content generated or actions performed via such integrations. All user obligations, including lawful usage, content moderation, and responsible deployment, apply equally to outputs generated via third-party models integrated into Appy Pie Services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement, and any disputes arising out of or related hereto, shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The parties agree that this contract is not a contract for the sale of goods; therefore, this Agreement shall not be governed by codification of Article 2 or 2A of the Uniform Commercial Code, or any references to the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act or the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
The district and high courts located in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement. Each party hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
Non-payment shall result in acceleration of the minimum value of this Agreement being payable in full. You acknowledge that in the event of such acceleration, the minimum value of this Agreement shall be due and payable as minimum liquidated damages because such balance will bear a reasonable proportion to Appy Pie’s minimum probable loss from your non-payment, the amount of Appy Pie’s actual loss being incapable to calculate.
Client agrees to pay all costs and expenses, including but not limited to, attorney fees and court costs, for the collection and/or enforcement of any obligation under this Agreement, whether or not a lawsuit or arbitration is commenced.
