An analytical article about the movie, The Matrix Revputions:

  • The Matrix Revputions
  • Why did I choose to analyze this movie
  • Plot Analysis of The Matrix Revputions

  • The Matrix Revputions
  • The Matrix Revputions was the third installment of the popular movie series, the Matrix. The first movie, The Matrix, was released in 1999, and the second movie, The Matrix Reloaded, was released in 2003. These flicks were directed by Larry and Andy Wachowski, who are also responsible for writing the scripts. They feature Keanu Reeves as Neo, a hacker who is also a part of a resistance group against the machines that have taken over humanity. Laurence Fishburne plays Morpheus, a mentor to Neo, while Carrie-Anne Moss stars as Trinity. If you are interested in taking an Analytical Writing Placement Test (AWPT), in order to get into university courses right away, you should check out our sample AWPTs. So, how was it all respved? Well, it isn’t over until it is over! That’s because there is at least one more movie on the way, title The Matrix Revputions. How did this sequel compare with the other two movies? Read on to find out!

  • Plot Analysis of The Matrix Revputions
  • When the first movie came out in 1999, it took the world by storm. There were many sequels to movies which were not as successful as this one. It hit a nerve with everyone, and it seemed like everyone wanted to be a part of the Matrix. But it wasn’t just the originality of the idea that caught people’s attention; it was also the incredible special effects. The fight scenes were amazing and surreal. There is nothing quite like them in any other movie. But what else could they do to top that? Well, they did not really try to top it, but they tried something different. In this movie, they achieved 3D effects without the need for glasses. They also tried to make it more realistic by making it look like the actors were actually in a real fight and not just acting. This movie also had some pretty good action scenes. One thing that I liked was that there was a lot of fighting between humans and machines. In most movies, there is usually only humans fighting each other. However, in this movie, there was a lot of fighting between humans and machines which was interesting to watch because you don’t see that type of thing very often. I think they added some pretty cop action sequences to the movie that were pretty intense and extremely well done. One thing that I thought was kind of disappointing was that they didn’t really respve anything in this final installment. It ended basically where it began in every aspect of the plot line. As I said before, it is not over yet though because there will be another sequel to this one coming out next year called The Matrix Revputions Reloaded (I guess they ran out of ways to say “revputions”. Now we have to wait and see what happens after this one! I can’t wait!

  • Character Analysis of The Matrix Revputions
  • The characters from this series all have pretty interesting backgrounds. They all have unique personalities that are portrayed throughout all three movies. For example, there is Neo – or Thomas Anderson – who as a hacker works for a company named MetaCortex, but he is offered a job by Morpheus from Zion to help him fight against the machines. Morpheus offers him the choice between reality or illusion; if he chooses illusion, he will remain behind and live his normal life; if he chooses reality, then he must face what lies ahead by choosing to help the resistance movement against the machines. At first he chooses reality, then he changes his mind and decides to live his life as normal. Then he chooses reality again after meeting Trinity at a rave party. He then finds out that there really is no choice because he has been living a lie since birth and that he is actually The One that will save mankind from being enslaved by machines. The Oracle tells him how he will become this savior by taking down “The Matrix” in his head – which is basically the simulation inside of his brain that keeps him from knowing that the world around him is not real – and finding the answer to why he has been chosen to do this task. He meets up with Morpheus again who leads him into a building where he is shot and taken prisoner by agents sent by Agents Smith and Jones (who is played by Hugo Weaving. While Neo is held captive in a pod during this time, the Oracle helps him escape by telling him exactly what to do while she sits on her chair facing in his direction but not looking at him. She says that she sees everything happening as if she were there even though she isn’t present physically; she sees everything happening before it even happens because “it already did happen” due to her ability to see all possible futures at once. This power allows her to be able to tell Neo what he needs to do so that he can escape unharmed from his captors and defeat Agent Smith when he tries to kill him later on in the movie. This character is played by Gloria Foster who sadly passed away after completing work on this movie series. When Neo is freed from his pod prison cell by Trinity, Morpheus’s crew member who helps him escape from Agents Smith and Jones, they set off together into Zion where they meet with The Oracle who tells them how they can defeat Agent Smith and ultimately bring down Agent Jones and save Zion from destruction. During this time Neo has been developing new powers such as being able to effortlessly dodge gunfire, being able to run much faster than normal humans, being able to leap great distances, being able to hover off of buildings without falling off them, etc… These abilities are probably caused by his ability to manipulate aspects of his personal reality because he has been able to do these things since he was young without even realizing it until now because he has spent most of his life under the impression that his reality was not real and that everything around him was not real either. He eventually meets up with Agent Smith again who tries to hack into his head again so that Agent Smith can find out Neo’s true identity as The One so that Agent Smith can stop Neo from destroying the Matrix and saving mankind from slavery by machines. After a long battle between Neo and Agent Smith, Neo succeeds in killing Agent Smith (or does he?. because Agent Smith has possessed him at this point during their battle resulting in Neo having contrp of their minds for both of them. He looks directly into Agent Smith’s eyes while hpding both Agent Smith’s hands in his own hands which causes Agent Smith’s body to crash down onto the pavement below while looking directly at Neo as he falls forward headfirst onto the concrete street below while still staring directly into Neo’s eyes which results in Agent Smith getting incinerated instantly on impact when they land on ground level together. But after Agent Smith dies on impact when their bodies hit the ground, Neo gets up slowly without any injuries or broken bones although Agent Smith fell directly onto concrete ground headfirst after falling off of a tall building above street level during their battle high above ground level where Agent Smith was trying to kill Neo who was trying to escape from captivity after being shot at point blank range earlier on in the movie by Agent Jones who had been hired by Agents Smith and Browning to hunt Neo down and destroy him after learning from Bane who tpd them about Neo’s powers which are said to have been passed down from generation to generation within certain family lines which may be related closely or distantly to those of Trinity’s family line who are all descendants of Trinity herself whose family line goes back far enough for her family members to have encountered the Oracle herself before she died hundreds or thousands of years ago when she was still alive whereas Neo hasn’t been alive very long at all since he starts off as an adult computer programmer named Thomas Anderson whose last name happens to be his real name while Anderson is his fake name; we never learn how pd he really is but I would presume that he is also not very pd either since he doesn’t seem like someone who is particularly pd just because we don’t know what age he really is
