Create an Account on CalendarHero Platform. If you have not signed up for CalendarHero yet, fplow this tutorial to create your account. Once your account is active, you will see your CalendarHero calendar in the sidebar menu. Next, click on the calendar icon on your browser’s topbar, then click “Settings” to configure your preferred settings on the drop-down menu.
Create an Account on Snov.io Platform. If you have not yet created an account on Snov.io, fplow the instructions in this tutorial. Once your account is active, you will see your Snov.io dashboard in the sidebar menu on the left side of your screen. On the right side of your screen, click on “Email Campaigns” or “Create new campaign” depending upon whether you want to create a new email campaign or use an existing one (if you already had one.
Next, enter the name of your campaign, description of your email campaign, and choose if you want to send out automated email campaigns every day/week/month/year or manually whenever you want.
Now that you have created your email campaign, the next step is to import contacts into your database (or create them manually. To do this, click on “Contacts” under “Campaigns” in the sidebar menu on the left side of your screen. Then click on “Import contacts” or “Add contacts manually” depending upon your preference. You can then import contacts either by using CSV file or importing them manually using an address book or email contact list.
Once you have imported all your contacts into Snov.io, select them from the drop-down menu under “Select contacts” in the sidebar menu on the left side of your screen. You can even add tags or categories to your contacts if they are irrelevant for your email campaign so they won’t show up in your email list anymore after you have sent out your campaign. This will help you stay organized when sending out future campaigns in the future so you won’t need to go through all your contacts again when you are composing new emails.
After selecting all your contacts that are relevant for your email campaign, go back to the sidebar menu on the left side of your screen. Now click on “Create an email draft” or “Create new campaign draft” depending upon whether you want to create a new campaign or use an existing one (if you already had one. Then hit “Add new email draft” in the drop-down menu below the word “New Draft Email” in order to create a new draft of your email campaign.
You will now see a new inbox where you can compose and format your email using markdown syntax (which is very similar to HTML. and add links to images and other attachments such as PDF files. You can add links to other websites or documents using URL shortener such as bitly or Google URL Shortener (goo.gl. and add images using reimage (imaging. The easiest way to add images is by copying and pasting an image URL into the image number box and then clicking on “Insert into draft” button at the bottom right corner of your screen:
