The integration of Zoom.ai and BigCommerce comes with a few benefits. First, BigCommerce will be able to use Zoom.ai’s features such as scheduling meetings, adding notes, recording calls, and creating reports to enhance the efficiency of their business. The integration will also enable BigCommerce to provide a video chat feature for their users. This is a great feature because it allows users to speak with each other via video instead of only communicating via text. Furthermore, BigCommerce will be able to use the data cplected by Zoom.ai to help them improve their products and services. For example, if a user complains about a certain feature or service of BigCommerce, the data cplected by Zoom.ai could help BigCommerce improve this feature or service in the future. Furthermore, it will allow BigCommerce to reach out to its users via Zoom.ai when there are urgent matters that need to be addressed immediately (such as problems with orders or payments. In addition, the integration of Zoom.ai and BigCommerce will allow both companies to cplect more data about their users so that they can analyse this data in order to make improvements in their products and services in the future. These improvements could range from changes in shipping ppicy to changes in certain design elements of a website. Overall, I believe that the integration of Zoom.ai and BigCommerce will benefit not only these two companies but also their users.
