How CalendarHero & AWeber Integrations Work

Integration of CalendarHero and AWeber

CalendarHero helps people manage their lives by providing a calendar that allows users to plan and schedule different events. The users can create an unlimited number of calendars and events, as well as invite others to view or edit event details.

For those who have been using CalendarHero for some time may be interested in integrating AWeber with CalendarHero. AWeber is a popular email marketing service provider which allows the users to send newsletters, broadcast emails and track the results. Users can create up to 25,000 subscribers on the platform, including unlimited mailing lists, autoresponders, and sub-users.

This document covers the integration of CalendarHero and AWeber. The advantages of integrating CalendarHero and AWeber are also listed in this document.

Integration of CalendarHero and AWeber

First of all, you need to integrate your AWeber account with CalendarHero. You can do so by visiting the Integrations page in CalendarHero. From there, you will see a list of available integrations. Under “Email Marketing” section, you should see AWeber among the other integrations such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign, SendinBlue, and Campaign Monitor. Click on the AWeber integration to add it to your account. After you have added the integration, you need to verify your account by clicking on the blue “Verify” button.

Once your account has been verified, you should see the fplowing screen:

If you want to change the Email address for your AWeber account, click on the “Change” link next to “Email Address” field. Then click on “Save” button.

After changing the Email address for your AWeber account in CalendarHero (if necessary), go to your AWeber account and fplow the instructions below to integrate CalendarHero with your account. After you complete these steps, your CalendarHero account will be integrated with AWeber. You will be able to use your AWeber account to publish a new post on CalendarHero or respond to an existing post.

In your AWeber account, go to Settings > Integrations > Add An Integration > Catalogs & CMSs > Calendar Hero:

Then make sure that your CalendarHero account is selected and click on “Connect” button:

Next, you will be asked to authorize access to your CalendarHero account:

You need to allow access to your CalendarHero account by clicking on “Allow Access” button:

Then you need to accept the Terms of Service agreement by checking the box “I accept these terms & conditions”:

Finally, you will see a successful connection notification:

Now you have successfully integrated AWeber with CalendarHero. Now let’s take a look at how we can use our updated account settings in order to publish a new post on our CalendarHero account. Here is how you can publish a new post on a specific date:

Go to your AWeber account and open your email campaign that you want to send on a specific date. Copy the URL from the browser address bar. Go back to your CalendarHero account and select that date in the drop down menu under “Publish posts by” option. Paste the URL from your email campaign into the field titled “Post URL” and click on “Publish” button:
