The digital signature then works to confirm the meeting request and store the entire conversation history in an online calendar.

Adobe Sign is a digital signature service for signing documents electronically. Users can create, send, and track the status of documents via email or web-browser. For example, a user can create a PDF document and sign it using his/her signature certificate. Later on if someone else wants to review the document, Adobe Sign will help you track its status and make sure that the document has been reviewed and approved.

Integration of CalendarHero and Adobe Sign

The integration of CalendarHero and Adobe Sign allows users to send out meeting requests accompanied with digital signatures directly from their CalendarHero account. Thus, when a CalendarHero user creates a new meeting request using the platform, they have the option of attaching a digital signature to their electronic agenda. When they send out this meeting request to other users through email, the recipient will be able to see the signature as well as any comments made by anyone who accessed the meeting request.
