Integration of Zoom and Zoho Sheet

Zoom and Zoho Sheet are both web-based applications that allow you to work on your documents and spreadsheets. They both have many features and benefits, but they’re not exactly perfect. However, in this article, we will be looking at a way to integrate Zoom and Zoho Sheet together. Let’s continue the introduction.

As I mentioned earlier, Zoom and Zoho Sheet have many features and benefits, but they’re not exactly perfect. However, there is a way you can use them together. First of all, I will talk about integration of Zoom and Zoho Sheet.

Integration of Zoom and Zoho Sheet

There is a free add-on for Google Chrome called Zoom for Docs that allows you to do two things:

  • Zoom into a document from a link (click on the “Zoom for Docs” button. or from a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Opt+M.
  • Copy from one application to another. You don’t even need to copy and paste. You just select the text or data you want to copy in one application, then go to the other application, hit Ctrl+Shift+E, and your selection will appear there.

So as you can see, it’s really easy to use Zoom with Docs using the add-on. But it doesn’t stop there. By installing the Zoho Sheets add-on, you can make your spreadsheets available directly from a link that you can send to anyone. Just click on the “Zoho Sheets” button in Zoom, then enter the app key that’s given to you when you create a new spreadsheet, and then wait for the screen to refresh. Once it does, you’ll see your spreadsheet there. You can also send a link to people so that they can view it too.

Benefits of Integration of Zoom and Zoho Sheet

As I mentioned in the beginning of this article, Zoom and Zoho Sheet offer many useful features and benefits. But if you combine them together, you can create an even better experience for users overall. Here is how cplaboration between Zoom and Zoho Sheet can benefit users:

  • Works better than the other two alternatives (Slack + Google Docs or Slack + Google Sheets. because it works with both applications at once instead of one at a time. Slack is good for real-time communication with team members, but Google Docs/Sheets is better for working on documents/spreadsheets together. So when you combine Slack with Google Docs/Sheets, you just get one application at a time. With Zoho Sheet + Zoom, however, you get both applications at once. And that gives more flexibility for team members.
  • It works with both web-based applications and applications that are not web-based. This is very important because it means that people don’t have to install anything to use it. Some people don’t like installing new software onto their computers or phones because they think it might cause problems or reduce performance. But if people don’t have to install anything, then everyone will be able to use it easily. And that makes Zoom + Zoho Sheet much better than other alternatives like Slack + Google Docs/Sheets or Slack + Google Drive/Docs/Sheets. You see, Slack + Google Drive or Docs isn’t as good as Zoom + Zoho Sheet because Slack + Docs or Slack + Sheets is only available for web-based applications like Google Docs/Sheets or Google Drive/Docs/Sheets while Slack + Google Drive/Docs/Sheets isn’t available for non-web-based applications like Excel or Word without installing something extra first such as Office Online or Google Drive/Docs/Sheets Desktop Client (which some people don’t like doing.

As you can see, there are many benefits to using Zoom + Zoho Sheet together in comparison with other alternatives such as Slack + Google Docs/Sheets or Slack + Google Drive/Docs/Sheets. We also saw how it integrates better than any of these sputions because it works with both web-based applications and non-web-based applications while most alternatives only work with web-based applications or only work with non-web-based applications without having the ability to switch between them depending on which one is needed at a certain time (it will only provide support for one. So if you still haven’t tried this combination yet, then I highly recommend giving it a try soon.

The process to integrate Zoom and Zoho Sheet may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
